The emergency stove comes with 3 solid fuel tablets, each with a burning time of approx. 12 minutes. The tablets are individually packed in waterproof packaging. Thanks to a perforation, you can also separate the tablets individually and take them with you one by one.

The fuel in tablet form consists of a special mixture of mainly methenamine & wax and has a high calorific value. Particularly practical: solid fuel also works reliably at sub-zero temperatures and at higher altitudes.

Esbit had the idea of offering a stove primarily for emergencies or as a "back-up". The result was this reusable emergency stove including solid fuel. It was originally developed for ration packs. This is because a small size and low weight play a particularly important role here. The emergency stove is also very versatile. For example, it is suitable for pots, mugs and pans (not included).

Safety warnings:

• Children do not recognise the risks which might occur when the stove is used in an improper way. Never allow children to use the stove when they are unattended. Keep children away from the stove when it is in use or heated.
• People with limited mental or physical capabilities should never use the stove when they are alone or only after being instructed to do so.
