We specialize in providing first aid for events, industrial and commercial first aid services and supplying first aid kits and equipment to all of Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.

Our Staff

Our staff share the belief that everyone deserves the highest level of care delivered with dedication, compassion, and expertise regardless of race or gender. We are professionals ready to serve, passionate about providing comfort to anyone in distress. 

All of our staff come to this job out of a desire to make the world a better and safer place for others. Our staff are hand-picked and thoroughly vetted to make sure you’re in professional hands, with only the most knowledgeable and compassionate candidates becoming part of the MEDIX team. This means they are able to think critically and quickly in high-pressure situations to provide the right care and treatment, all while maintaining the calmness and compassion that puts other people at ease. This shows in their commitment to excellence when it comes to healthcare and customer service. Our team is constantly practicing and learning together.

Our staff is carefully selected, and everyone has a valuable role in our team. Much like the people we treat, our staff members are considered to be family.

All of the Medix team are a minimum of Occupational Level 3 First Aid Attendants and train tirelessly to maintain a strong level of preparedness for any situation.

Community Involvement

MEDIX is heavily involved with the communities we work in. The service we provide is very rewarding as we provide the safety to go along with the fun. We are particularly involved with supporting our military, donating event coverage to the Royal Canadian Legions, and providing free transport of any Canadian Veteran to and from hospital for medical needs.
